STARTER

• Low-interest Microloans of $5-20k

• Simple underwriting requirements (bank statement/tax return)

BRIDGE

• Low-interest loan of $20-75k

• For reimbursement-based grant awardees who need catalytic capital to begin the project

• Financials and business plan required for application

• Technical Assistance (TA) provided

 

COMBO

• Loan + Grant

• Low-interest loan of $20-50k

• Matching NM EDD Grant (HFFI) $20-50k

• Grant cannot repay the Loan

• Financials and business plan required for loan application

• TA provided

 

TRADITIONAL

• Low-interest loan of $75k - $250k

• Traditional application requirements - full financial package

• TA provided
